Meanwhile, his “Boss” called me, Miss Laura Ferreira, who was at a loss due to some poorly executed transactions I had to deposit 5,000 USD more, and then 3,000 USD never answered my questions, and questions were very vague answers and theory they never helped me; Before I lost my capital of around 17,000 USD, a woman named Laura Ferreira called me and she mentioned that she could save my capital only if she made a transaction of 4,000 USD in three hours at most. I lost my investment because a negative sell order was also closed according to Laura by Pips, that cannot happen in negative I am sure there was manipulation, she mentioned that I closed the order and that was not the case, the system did it and it was at the level of pips because no Stop Loss was used for the order. Comencé a mediados de agosto con un depósito de 100 USD me designaron a un agente especialista llamado Andres Núñez; lo primero que ofrece la compañía es una capacitación y la realización de una encuesta en la que te indican si eres apto o no para poder realizar trading eso jamás sucedió, el señor Núñez me habló sobre invertir y si estaba dispuesta a perder solo el 10% de mi capital, pero jamás fue así, no se utilizó el stop loss; luego realicé un depósito por 4.000 USD; el señor Núñez me pide ingresar fondos porque estaba a perdida y que perdería mi capital si no ingresaba 4.000 USD mas, en el Intertanto me llamo su “Jefa” la señorita Laura Ferreira que estaba en pérdida por unas transacciones mal realizadas y tuve que ingresar 5.000 USD más y luego 3.000 USD jamás contestaron a mis dudas, y preguntas fueron respuestas muy vagas y en teoría jamás me ayudaron; antes de perder mi capital de alrededor 17.000 USD me llama una mujer a nombre de Laura Ferreira y ella menciona que podría salvar mi capital solo si realizaba una transacción de 4.000 USD en tres horas como máximo. Perdí mi inversión porque además se cerró una orden de venta en negativo según Laura por pips, eso no puede suceder en negativo estoy segura que hubo manipulación, ella mencionó que yo cerré la orden y no fue así el sistema lo hizo y fue a nivel de pips porque no se utilizó Stop Loss para la orden. Dos días después de perder mi inversión Dilan Espitia me llamo como persona parte del departamento de irregularidades (claramente hay irregularidades en sus procesos) siendo el director y que debía incorporar alrededor de 10.000 USD para poder recuperar mi inversión perdida por la mala gestión de sus trabajadores y no me permiten retirar 1.045 USD de la cuenta actualmente; finalmente no entregan solución si uno no invierte más dinero. No recomiendo CAPEX a nadie sean cuidadosos porque ellos solo hacen “desvinculaciones” que no creo que se generen y se desligan de todo.
