Cuando ingrese a operar en CAPEX.com, me asignaron a Dilan Espitia como Agente representativo El cual me daba abundante información del estado y la forma de invertir los recurso , me convenció de hacer un deposito en dólares para invertir en indices y acciones relacionados con empresas de informática como nvidia, microsoft, luego de hacer el deposito, me aconsejo esperar para abrir las inversiones debido a que las operaciones estaban muy volátiles y era mejor esperar a que salieran los informes trimestrales para tomar bien la decisión. Pero pasado unos días por el día viernes, apareció el señor David Castelblanco y se presento como un asesor de mayor rango que Dilan Espitia y descalificándolo, y que Dilan no debió dejar esos recursos estancados y me pidió colocar ordenes para USA30, TECH100 y USA500 las cuales no recomendó utilizar stop loss ni profit , por el día lunes las ordenes se habían cerrado automáticamente a perdida por insuficiente margen , el señor David Castelblanco dijo que reabriéramos TECH100 y USA500 pero esta vez si utilizo el take profit sin embargo las ordenes volvieron a ser cerradas por el sistema a perdida, y perdiendo todos los recursos, cuando pasado unos días volvió a parecer el señor Dilan Espitia, me comento que eso estaba mal hecho y que reportaría el caso contra el señor Castelblanco, luego me comento que el señor Castelblanco había sido retirado de la compañía por dicho caso y que si yo invertía mas dinero podíamos recuperar lo invertido, a lo que me negué y dijo que que esperara que ofrecimiento me hacían los directores de capex para poder recuperar mi dinero, hoy no he tenido una respuesta. La suplantación de mi ejecutivo asignado considero los obliga a devolverme los recursos y no solo solucionar su problema interno despidiendo al que cometió irresponsable mente la suplantación e inesperiencia al operar.
