I can't withdraw money.

Thank you for your help. I was told that I would be at work within 24 hours at the most, but when I went through the procedure to withdraw the entire amount, I still haven't received the money for over a week and a half. Last week, the person in charge said they would look into it and get back to me, but this week it doesn't even show up as read. I also sent an email to finova support, but there was no reply. I thought I might have made a mistake in the withdrawal procedure, so I requested to cancel the withdrawal procedure that was under review, but I received no contact from the person in charge or finova.
