Last week, the person in charge said they would look into it and get back to me, but this week it doesn't even show up as read. I also sent an email to finova support, but there was no reply. I thought I might have made a mistake in the withdrawal procedure, so I requested to cancel the withdrawal procedure that was under review, but I received no contact from the person in charge or finova.
