Withdrawal not received

Hello, it has now been 2 months and 10 days since I made my withdrawal of 480 dollars on Vantage FX (https://www.vantagemarkets.com) and until today I still have not received anything. Is this normal? I need my money and Customer Service hasn't told me anything concrete and has been asking me for weeks to wait...

Bonjour, Cela fait maintenant 2 mois et 10 jours que j'ai effectué mon retrait de 480 dollars sur Vantage FX (https://www.vantagemarkets.com) et jusqu'à aujourd'hui je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
