EFX holds money and does not respond to customers
I made a withdrawal order from 09/03/2023 but so far I have not received the money, the account is empty. I called the hotline on the platform and could not contact, sent email many times, the platform did not respond. Support initially said the transaction was in progress but then did not reply to me.

Tôi lập lệnh rút tiền từ 09/03/2023 nhưng đến nay vẫn chưa nhận đc tiền, tài khoản đã sạch lệnh.
Tôi gọi hotline bên sàn không liên hệ được, gửi mail nhiều lần sàn không phản hồi. Support ban đầu bảo giao dịch đang được thực hiện nhưng sau đó không trả lời tôi.
