[SCAM PLATFORM CORNER] - Aximtrade Exchange (AximTrade Pty Limited) is from Singapore without any activity in Singapore My trading account at Aximtrade was created in August 2022. So far, the exchange said it lacked liquidity in VND and then refused to withdraw money. The CEO is Kelvin Tang (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kelvint36) constantly circling to not pay after days of negotiations. Kelvil Tang always says fast processing but I haven't seen the money yet. I suspect the platform is buying time to run away. The representative in Vietnam with the position of CountryManager, Henry Phan, does not provide enthusiastic support, does not take sides with customers, does not provide accurate information, and does not act as a bridge to help customers withdraw money. Currently, Henry Phan has deleted all information to remove traces as well as delete the support group. My account is completely valid because this is my deposit, not interest. I asked the exchange to provide deposit data, but the exchange circled and did not provide information, the floor with the reason that the liquidity of VND was lacking as an excuse to delay the withdrawal. Tài khoản giao dịch của tôi ở sàn Aximtrade tạo từ tháng 08/2022. Tới nay rút tiền thì sàn nói là thiếu thanh thoản VND rồi vong vo không cho rút tiền.

CEO là Kelvin Tang (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kelvint36) liên tục vòng vo để không trả tiền sau nhiều ngày thương lượng. Kelvil Tang luôn nói là xử lý nhanh gọn nhưng tôi vẫn chưa thấy tiền. Tôi nghi ngờ sàn đang kéo dài thời gian để chạy trốn.

Đại diện ở Việt Nam với vị trí CountryManager là Henry Phan thì không hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, không đứng về phía khách hàng, không cung cấp thông tin chính xác, không là cầu nối để giúp khách hàng rút được tiền. Hiện tại Henry Phan đã xóa toàn bộ thông tin để xóa dấu vết cũng như xóa nhóm hỗ trợ.

Tài khoản của tôi là hoàn toàn hợp lệ vì đây là số tiền tôi nạp vào chứ không phải tiền lãi. Tôi yêu cầu sàn cung cấp dữ liệu nạp tiền thì sàn vòng vo và không cung cấp thông tin, sàn với lý do là thanh khoản VND bị thiếu để lấy cớ làm chậm trễ việc rút tiền.
