No puedo retirar mi dinero

en mayo del 2022 invertí 5.000 uds que debo al banco, en 6 cuentas a finales del año todo empezó a tener peros que habían sido hackeados luego trasladaron toda la información al broker group se suponía que decidias si retirabas tu dinero o continuabas, decidí hacer la cancelación de las 6 cuentas, a lo cual me dieron una penalidad del 30% y adicional me dijeron que enviara los documentos que en 14 días hábiles me desembolsado el dinero ya paso un mes y la respuesta de ``mi lider`` es que envié un correo a soporte el cual envié y tampoco tengo respuesta, volví a comunicarme con ella y la respuesta fue que dieron un nuevo comunicado y que quienes no tenías la dirección de nuestra casa actualizada antes de todo lo sucedido no nos iban a reembolsar el dinero que debía darle continuar a todas las cuentas y esperar 6 meses a que la plataforma volviera 🥲 cosa que no va a pasar por que nos robaron, adicional en los grupos de WhatsApp solo pueden enviar mensajes los administradores nos bloquearon.
