Malicious deduction of profits and severe slippage

I encountered severe slippage when trading on 12 Oct., which caused 2000 USD in loss - I could have been able to earn 400 USD in profit. The next day I deposited another 500 USD and earned a big profit of 20000 USD thanks to the good market conditions. However, the platform said the profit was invalid and deducted it directly. Losses were retained while profits were deducted, as shown by the screenshots below. I have invested a total of 2,500 USD with Axim, and lost all my money. I hope that WikiFX can protect my rights and interests, expose this fraudulent platform, and have my deposits and profits recovered.
