I logged in from PoipexMarket and completed the withdrawal procedure on October 2nd, but it has not been withdrawn even after 5 days. At the same time as the withdrawal transaction, I was able to confirm that the withdrawal was made from the MetaTrade 5 screen. If the withdrawal procedure is delayed and the money is not returned to me, who should I appeal to? If you can't withdraw with this, PoipexMarket will be doing transactions with no substance on MT5, and it seems to be a big problem. PoipexMarketよりログインして、10月2日に出金手続き完了したが、5日経っても一向に引き出されない状態。出金取引をしたと同時にメタトレード5の画面上からも、出金されたと事を確認できました。このまま出金手続きが滞り私の元へお金が戻って来ない場合は誰に訴えれば良いでしょうか。
MT5への入金履歴、取引状況とPoipexMarketへの入金履歴、取引状況は写真で示す通り、一致しております．これで出金が出来無いと、PoipexMarketは実態の無い取引をMT5で行っている事になり、大問題だと思われます。カスタマーサービスにも連絡しておりますが、全く返事も無い状態で、PoipexMarketは顧客のお金を預かる責任を感じません。早急に出金出来る様にご対応頂きたいです。
