Bond does not withdraw

I cannot withdraw from Bond platform since April 2022. The platform has no transaction records since the same month. The trading account opened on the platform: 611128 has a remaining amount of 145,103.7 US dollars, and the account 611107 has a remaining amount of 2,600 US dollars. So far, it is impossible to withdraw funds. I have sent emails to ask for a solution, but Bond has no reply, and it seems that it has disappeared.
