Bond is unable to withdraw now

I made a deposit of US$150,000 in Bond in October 2021, which is more than 1 million CNY. As of March 2022, Bond stops trading and cannot withdraw money! The promised return of 3 to 5 percent of the principal on the 25th of each month has not been fulfilled!
