Two days ago, I was suddenly not allowed to log in from CLIENT AREA, so I can't log in and withdraw money

Two days ago, I suddenly received an email from ICMARKETS to terminate my account. It said that I would be required to arrange the withdrawal within 7 working days. The most ridiculous thing is that I immediately tried to log in to CLIENT AREA to see what happened, but they were already locked. Log in, if you can't log in, you can't even withdraw money. Basically, it's no different from a robber. If you want to lock your account, just lock it. In addition, I also want to talk about the fact that they suddenly terminated my account. I think it is a post-reporting behavior. The reason is that I have repeatedly complained about the withdrawal of funds and the attitude of the staff in the first two or three weeks. I received the account termination email two days ago and found that I could not withdraw funds. I immediately checked the email and ZENDESK in various ways, and asked a relationship manager who had called me before and also spoke Cantonese to call me again for assistance. The manager, who assisted in the withdrawal of funds last week, also admitted that ICMARKETS' financial staff was a mess, and he was embarrassed to not be too blunt. But the problem was finally resolved in just a few days. Yesterday, I received a reply email from ICMARKETS CHINA TEAM AGENT2399 saying that I had done some actions to terminate my account, but I didn't make it clear what I did. Even the CLIENT AREA was locked and could not log in or withdraw money. I went to ZENDESK to ask the customer service of GLOBAL TEAM again and asked if I could ask the manager from last week to call me to explain. The customer service said they could no longer arrange for him to contact me and refused to give the reason. The whole thing is a fraud.

前兩天忽然收到一封ICMARKETS的電郵要終止本人帳戶, 說是說要本人7工作天安排出金, 最荒謬的是我馬上嘗試登入CLIENT AREA看看什麼情況, 都已經被他們鎖了不能登入, 登入不了去還出金出個毛呀, 基本上跟強盜沒有分別, 說要鎖帳戶就鎖。



另外也要說說他們忽然終止本人帳戶這件事,我覺得根本就是報後行為,原因在於本人在前兩三星期多次關於出金和工作人員態度的投訴。

本人於前兩天收到這終止帳戶電郵和發現不能出金, 已經馬上從電郵, ZENDESK多方面去查詢, 並要求一位之前曾經致電本人而且也會說廣東話的客戶經理再次致電本人協助。這位經理於上星期曾協助處理出金問題,他當時也承認ICMARKETS的財務人員比較亂,而且他也很尷尬不能說得太白。但問題當時總算處理了只有短短幾天。昨天,本人收到ICMARKETS CHINA TEAM
AGENT2399的回覆電郵稱本人做了一些行為要終止本人帳戶, 什麼行為又沒說清楚, 就連關於CLIENT AREA被鎖了不能登入不能出金這事都沒有處理。我再去ZENDESK找GLOBAL TEAM的客服說能不能再讓上星期那位經理致電本人交代一下,那客服說他們不能再安排他跟本人接觸,拒絕說出理由。整件事非常黑暗。
