They denied my withdrawal and they did not return my money

I made a withdrawal last Saturday on 26/03/2022 since my ipc wallet to my binance account, but it was rejected how it can see in the image, but the money wasn't returned to my ipc wallet, dissapeared, I claimed them but not answer.

El sábado 26/03/22 hice un retiro de 1000 usdt de mi wallet de ipc a mi cuenta de Binance y se me denegó sin motivo, pero además no me han devuelto ese importe a mi billetera de ipc, ha desaparecido esa cantidad, no consta aparece en ningún lado.
