Withdrawal denied and money missing

Last Saturday, on 03/26/22, I made a withdrawal of 1000 usdt from my ipc wallet to my binance account, but they have denied and they have not returned the money to my wallet. That money has disappeared, it is not reflected anywhere or in my account.

El pasado sábado 26/03/22 hice un retiro de 1000 usdt desde mi wallet de ipc a mi cuenta de binance pero me la han denegado y no me han devuelto el dinero a mi wallet. Ese dinero ha desaparecido, no se ve reflejado en ningún sitio ni en mi cuenta.
