Refund of money

The broker was funded and the genius bot was acquired. They gave results at the first week (03/14-03/20) and they were reflected in the blue wallet, but from then on the mt4 withdrawals are seen every week but nothing reaches the ipcapital wallet, making it impossible to withdraw profits and capital.

Se fondeó el broker y se adquirió el genius bot, lo cual la primera semana (14/03-20/03) dio resultados y se vieron reflejados en la billetera azul, pero a partir de ahí cada semana se ven los retiros del mt4 pero no llega nada a la billetera de ipcapital haciendo imposible el retiro de ganancias y capital.
