Malicious making money from client losses, illegal fundraising

Serious severe slippage and lags until it crashes. It usually lags for seven or eight minutes or even more. For the scalp-based transactions, it could have been profitbal, but often lags until it become a loss. The platform replied that it was due to third party quotation data had delayed. I did not find this third-party, why should I bear the loss? Are you kidding me? I made a deposit at 10:26 last night and keeping urging the platform but no response. The deposit arrived at 7:08 this morining, casuing me wiping out the account and miss the best position for making orders.
