Large spread led to liquidation

At 6-7 a.m. on August 9, 2020, the slippage increased over $10, which led to a large losses to me when I wanted to lock position. I communicated with them but they did not reply. Please expose it because the platform shirked the responsibility and refused to pay compensation. 智汇外汇平台扩大点差导致锁仓爆仓

智汇外汇！平台MT4软件中时间为2020年8月9日早上6-7点之间，黄金在开盘1762，随后下跌的期间我分别在1753-1743之间进行了锁仓买了空单，平台在1730-1721之间点差竟异常浮动滑点波动增大至10美元以上，导致我在该平台市场中锁仓订单被强制平仓离场，损失严重。经历近几日我本人与平台沟通无果，现诉诸各大网站曝光，强烈要求平台赔偿相应的损失。平台一味地坚持把强平归结为执行正确订单政策，再后面就是归结为消息面影响，把自己置身事外。
