Unable to withdraw

I earned about 3,500 Euros through this broker and I received an email telling me that they have a suggestion of keeping the money remained. I refused and wanted to withdraw because they were suspected of scams. This was the case a month ago, and I cannot withdraw. Does anyone help me?

Hice unos 3500 euros con este bróker y me llega un correo diciéndome que tienen una propuesta y que deje dinero. Me negué y quería retirar todo porque ya tienen fama de estafa. Hace 1 mes fue esto y hoy en día no puedo retirar aun. Alguien sabe como ayudarme?
