ACY Securities is sued in China

The police captured the agents of ACY Securities in July, 2020. Now the case is transferred to procuratorate which will prosecute. And it will come to trial before the Spring Festival. Can we takw this opportunity to compalin about ACY Securities? I ask for the cooperation between China and Asia to investigate ACY Securities. The related situations need further observation.

有ACY交易员在中国境内直接起诉ACY Securities PTY LTD 以及 ACY Capital PTY LTD 。
2020年7月，上海市长宁区警方对ACY在中国境内的包括李丹在内的营销及代理人员进行了大规模抓捕。目前案件已由公安机关转检察院，由检察院提起公诉，估计在春节前法院会开庭审理。
ACY交易员可否借此机会大规模向中国监管机构投诉举报，要求中国监管机构与澳洲监管机构合作，对ACY启动调查程序，相关情况还待进一步观察。
