ACY Securities made clients’ accounts liquidated through manipulation
At 15:00 on April 21st(CST), the price on WTI was the same on all platforms. But 1 hour later, the price on ACY Securities differed sharply from that on others, decreasing to $13 from $15, with a 14% decrease rate. Thus, my MT4 account, 155526, with more than 3-lot order on WTI, became forced liquidation. I suffered a loss of $6771.85. I require ACY Securities to compensate me all losses.

北京时间2020.4.21 5:00 ACY稀万证券的美国原油现货跟其他平台的现货原油一样都收盘了,此前ACY原油的价格跟其他平台报价一样,走势一样,但60分钟后(2020.4.21 6:00)所有平台的原油重新开盘,此时ACY的原油现货报价跟所有平台的原油现货报价发生了重大偏离,直接从15美金跌到13美金,跌幅达到14%,但此时其他所有平台的原油现货都没有跌,只有ACY一家平台暴跌,ACY平台的原油涉嫌恶意篡改报价,导致我的账号MT4:155526于60分钟前建仓的3手原油多头爆仓,亏损6771.85美金,要求ACY平台退还被恶意爆仓亏损的6771.85美金
