It is a Clearing and Settlement Agent and a Trading Agent, registered under number 99 of the National Securities Commission through management provision N°2220. It is governed by rules set forth in Act N°26.831, Capital Market Law and amendments. Facimex Valores S.A. is a Financial Institution that operates within the framework of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) of the Unites States of America as FFI (Foreign Financial Institution). In addition, it is governed by Resolution CNV 631/14 where provisions related to FATCA Act are referenced. Facimex Valores has been operating in the Argentine capital market for 34 years. It was founded on September 1987 when it started operations in the MAE (Electronic Open Market).
