To top it off, their trading platform was so unstable,and i lost all my money due to this useless trading platdform. Overall, I don't recommed this broker forever.I think you can save yourselves the trouble and find a better one.

I recently tried trading with Mashreq Neo and I have to say, it was not a good experience. It was just awful. I mean, I was excited to start trading with them because they had some cool trading instruments, but man, was I in for a disappointment. The customer support was so bad, I felt like I was talking to robots. And don't even get me started on the limited number of trading instruments available. It was like they wanted me to fail.

What Mashereq Neo think should not be more money deposited by clients, and they should focus on improve their withdrawal time instead. It is too slow, like waiting for millions of years!!! This is my advice.

Mashreq’s services suck! I was pressed for time to transfer my salary, and I told support staff already, but they still let me wait and wait… four days passed, things still haven’t been done.
