ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Out of nowhere, my account started showing "password incorrect" and now I can't even log in. It's been days and the customer service is being completely useless, ignoring me like I don't exist. I just want to get my hard-earned money out of this pathetic excuse for a platform and move on. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this platform if you value your time and sanity.
