They've eased the money in, money out process with payment methods like FastPay - didn't expect to see that but well done Rich Smart. Now, education tools are not their strongest suit, but what they lack there, they make up elsewhere. It's been a trip and I'd say, well worth the ride.

Withdrawal speed could be faster, as I've encountered delays in accessing my funds. Customer support has been helpful and responsive, which is a relief.

I don't consider switching to another company. The low spreads and the extra features that I haven't seen in other firms during trades, the ease of deposit and withdrawal processes, and most importantly, the highly successful Customer Service make it stand out.
