so the problem with traze is that i cannot login no matter what i try and they had the audacity to send me an email and told me that my otp system was locked for security reasons but they did not elaborate on it, and that i had to wait 24hours and so i did and then i got the chance to reset my password only to face the same issue and my problem was taken to some department or whatever they call it and support told me that my problem was fixed, which is a lie and before i resetted my password i was facing the same problem a couple of times i would talk to support and then they would them me that my problem has been sovled but up until now it has not been solved and therefore i am complaining and i am very unhappy with traze i will also not use this broker anymore i am done with Traze

I have been trading for a few months. I made an investment. I invested together with a girl who introduced me to this site. The amount I invested was 6,000,000 Korean won, and the girl invested 7,500 in foreign currency. So we made a profit, which became $320,000. When I applied for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes. The girl paid all the taxes and withdrew $250,000. Then she colluded with the company to withdraw money from my account. When I asked for the remainder to be returned, they said I had to put up a $10,000 deposit, refused the withdrawal, and are threatening to freeze my account.

I invested in gold. My investment was about 60 million Korean won. I made a profit and it exceeded 1.3 million dollars. I applied for withdrawal, but they say I need to pay taxes. They demand I pay the tax and post a deposit, and then they refuse the withdrawal. Now they say they will freeze the funds.
