This new platform is a joke. Crude oil cost basis was 400, I traded on fundamentals, and won. The moment I try to withdraw my principal, they start playing dirty. They hit me with a "violation" flag and are now demanding I hold my ID and write them a handwritten guarantee letter​ to get MY OWN MONEY back.

Additionally, under normal market fluctuations, order execution generally meets my expectations. The process of depositing and withdrawing funds is also relatively smooth, although the actual arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of banks or payment channels. It should be noted that forex and CFD trading inherently carry high risks. Regardless of which platform is chosen, risk control and fund management should be properly implemented. Overall, my personal experience so far has been fairly smooth. It is recommended that interested investors fully understand the product features and associated risks, and make careful choices and reasonable investments based on their own circumstances.

Overall, the platform fulfilled its promise in terms of withdrawals, and I hope future trading will go more smoothly.

At that time, my strategy indeed triggered the platform's risk control system. The withdrawal review took several days, but they ultimately allowed it to proceed. The handling outcome was quite fair and reasonable, a brokerage worthy of praise.
