Errante is the name of Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd. Errante Trading (https://errante.com and https://errante.eu), a securities trading platform registered with CYSEC and FSA Seychelles under the management of Notely Trading Ltd, took advantage of its license from a reputable global financial regulatory body to erase all my profits (MT4 trading account: 6034920) from September 24, 2025 to January 29, 2026. They claimed the reason was a system error in their MT4 software. I am writing this review to inform all Errante clients whose accounts were wiped out on January 29, 2026 (when gold prices fluctuated sharply, dropping 500 points and breaking historical price range records) that this was due to a system error in their MT4 software. All clients have the right to file a complaint with Errante requesting a refund of the lost funds at that time. I lost everything due to my poor trading and stopped using it immediately, but I think it's a good company as there were no particular issues with execution and such.

I felt that the spread was about average compared to others. There was no particular issue with slippage either. What concerns me is that they have adopted a dynamic leverage system where leverage fluctuates according to trading volume.

This is a classic scam platform where funds can only be deposited but not withdrawn. I attempted to withdraw using the TRC20 network, but the platform rejected my request, stating that funds must be returned via the ERC20 network. Subsequently, I linked an ERC20 address, but the platform again refused to allow the withdrawal, demanding that I upload the name of the exchange and wallet address. When I inquired with customer service, they absurdly claimed that I had used the BEP20 network for my deposit. I used the OKEx exchange for my deposit, which does not even support the BEP20 network. The response from customer service was clearly fabricated; they stated that I must link a BEP20 wallet address to proceed with the withdrawal. This is purely a scam platform. Can only deposit and cannot withdraw.

ERRANTE's minimum deposit is on par with other platforms in the industry. Their deposit and withdrawal process is straightforward and reliable, but there's not much that sets it apart from other brokers.

Fx, commodities and indices have been good here. The spreads are okay and trading conditions seem generally fine. ERRANTE is cool and I still trade fx and indices here. Free VPS also accelerated trade executions and, I had access to it when I opened a pro account. The normal trade executions are also very cool too.
