Market moves and my orders are delayed frequently. What’s worse, their customer service is not available frequently. I have to say KAMA Markets is the worst broker ever.

However, one factor they could improve upon is their licensing. The platform lacks proper licenses from Dubai Economic or within the Emirates. Despite this, I've had a mostly positive experience with them.

There are notable shortcomings in delivering a satisfactory trading environment and swift customer service. Waiting for assistance has become a lengthy process, and the present unavailability of their website further complicates trade execution and account management. Regrettably, these issues have left me with a negative impression of the broker, and I would not advocate it to fellow traders.
