I always fail to make a withdrawal.

I traded with the deposit bonus at axi. It was an auto rebate account linked to an IB, but I lost and ended up with a negative balance. However, the auto rebate was granted on top of the negative balance, offsetting it, and as a result, the rebate is also zero. I complained, but nothing was done.
