Account No. 2***** I respectfully request WikiFX Mediation to assist in resolving my dispute with ePlanet Brokers. My account has been blocked for more than one month, and I have been unable to access my client portal or withdraw my funds during this entire period. I deposited USD 6,000, and my current account balance is USD 9,134. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to contact the broker, I have received no meaningful response or explanation regarding the status of my funds. In addition, I have completely lost access to my client portal, and the live chat has blocked my ability to send messages, leaving me with no effective way to communicate with the company. I have fully complied with all verification and compliance requirements and submitted every document requested. I kindly ask WikiFX Mediation to contact ePlanet Brokers, help restore access to my account, and ensure that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary delays.

I can no longer access or use my account, and the company does not respond to my emails or support requests. I am unable to withdraw either my original deposit or my trading profits. EPlanet has provided no clear explanation, evidence, or timeframe for resolving the issue. This situation appears to be an unlawful withholding of client funds and raises serious concerns about possible fraud. I demand the immediate restoration of access to my account and the full withdrawal of all funds belonging to me. I strongly warn potential clients not to deposit money with EPlanet until the company resolves this case and proves that client funds can be withdrawn safely.

My experience with ePlanet has been positive overall. The support team was responsive and professional, and the trading process was clear and easy to use. I appreciate their communication and customer service. I hope they continue improving their services and maintaining transparency with clients.

Nice experience with their special competitions, and being weekly gives participants greater chances to win

My experience with ePlanet is more than wonderful due to the speed of order execution, low spread, responsive customer service, and fast withdrawal and deposit♑😍

I liked the quality of services provided by Eplant Company, and my experience with it was smooth and comfortable, and the support team was cooperative and quick in response, so I recommend it to anyone looking for a professional company🌸

My account with ePlanet Brokers (Account No. 22******) has been blocked for more than a month, and I still cannot access or withdraw my funds.I deposited USD 6,000, and my account balance is USD 9,134. Despite multiple withdrawal requests and repeated attempts to contact support, the company has not processed my withdrawal and has not returned even my original deposit. My emails to customer support are ignored, and I have received no clear explanation about the status of my funds or the reason for blocking my account. My client portal is inaccessible, and every login attempt fails. The company has also blocked my ability to send messages through the online live chat, leaving me without any effective way to contact support.I provided all requested documents, completed verification, and fully cooperated with their requirements. However, my funds remain unavailable, and the company refuses to provide any solution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I have had an account trading on eplanet for about two months, and the execution and spreads are very good. The customer service responds quickly.

Registered in May 2025. Opened an ECN account. Initially deposited $200, trading was good, order execution was about 130 ms, slippage is present, of course. Traded GER30. The broker regularly withdrew a small profit. On July 15, 2025, I deposited $3,000. A week later, when there were $6,183.67 in the trading account, the broker froze access to my personal account and trading accounts. I contacted my personal manager Mr. Hooman on Telegram and WhatsApp with a description of the problem. I did not receive any response. I sent 3 letters to support, did not receive any responses. In the online chat, managers ban IP addresses from which I contact, I have to use a VPN every time. Finally, today in the online chat they told me that they suspect me of arbitrage, so they are not going to return either the profit or the deposit. Once again I indicated that their position should be reflected in an official letter. I will have to contact their regulatorMISA with it. This is an ordinary B-broker...

The broker is a fraud. If you make money, they will find a reason not to pay you. They stole $2,900 from me. I traded with them for more than 3 months. Support is not responding, account is not available.
