Neutral DTM Trading seemed like a promising platform when I first joined. I opened an ECN account and was given competitive spreads, fast order execution, and a decent amount of liquidity. I was trading a few times a day and things were going well at first. However, as time went on, I noticed that the spreads were getting wider and wider, and the customer service team was nowhere to be found when I needed them. I found it frustrating that I couldn't reach anyone to ask for help.
