I opened an account at the Broker because I wanted to do social trading, I started following a trader and he simply made $42 in favor of my account, it went up to 1042. I had deposited 1000 and that trader didn't continue with that Broker, so I wanted to withdraw my money and they didn't allow me, I requested a withdrawal more than 20 days ago and it is still on hold, the support is terrible

I made a withdrawal to Binance on 08-17 of this year with no response whatsoever, and they say the withdrawal is under verification; this is supported by images that corroborate the dates.

Good evening I made a withdrawal from Vexpro to Binance on August 19, 2026, for $300 and the withdrawal still appears as pending. I have sent several tickets and they tell me the case is under verification.

To date, I have not received the requested funds or a specific payout date, despite the repeated complaints made. 24/08/2026: I made a withdrawal request for USD 332.61 on the VexPro FX platform, which was recorded in “Pending” status. 27/08/2026: I filed a complaint for the lack of payout. Support stated that the case was in the validation process. 01/09/2026 and 16/09/2026: I requested information again and received responses indicating that they were still waiting for a solution from the department in charge. 29/09/2026: The broker confirmed that it still did not have a solution for my case.

My account was blocked for making my first withdrawal I registered on this Broker due to recommendations and in the end I tried it, I made my deposit, I wanted to make my first withdrawal and they deactivated my account accusing me of multiple accounts and they added more things to it so I do not recommend it and stay away from this Broker scam; when in reality I am new, basically they scammed me because they have not let me enter the account to recover my capital, I just want my deposited money back by the method I used or better yet through the wallet network I set up so that the withdrawal reaches me as soon as possible, my deposit was $250, I leave proof of the deposit in the image; and my profit was $390 and I wanted to withdraw all my profit and capital and they blocked me
