Exposure Bitget banned accounts without evidence, and profits cannot be withdrawn.
I deposited 50,000 into the Bitget platform, and my account subsequently made a profit, reaching 552,510. However, the platform now only allows me to withdraw 50,000, and I haven't been able to withdraw the remaining funds. Later, my account was also restricted from logging in, with a message stating "Your account is at risk, please contact the customer service," preventing me from checking my account balance or applying for further withdrawals. After contacting Bitget customer service, the platform only replied that my account had engaged in so-called "abnormal transactions, market manipulation, and violation of the terms of use," and stated that they would permanently ban my account and suspend withdrawals. However, to date, the platform has not provided any specific order evidence, nor has it explained which transaction violated which specific clause, nor has it provided any details of the fund processing. The platform cannot simply freeze a customer's account and withhold profits based on a single statement of "account violation." It's unacceptable for the platform to accept losses normally, but then restrict withdrawals after a customer makes a profit under the guise of risk control. My demands are clear: I require Bitget to restore my account login privileges, provide specific evidence of violations and the terms of the agreement; if they cannot provide valid evidence, please immediately restore withdrawals or manually refund the remaining funds in my account. I hope the platform will handle this matter positively and not continue to delay with template replies.
