Poseidon 认证审核太久导致无法出金，交易时又当机，导致盈利损失

我因为在十月时需要用钱，于是办认证，想出金，资料填写了交上去，到现在快两个月了都还在审核，期间一直有联络客服，客服一次也没回我。上周五交易，交易进行到一半当机，想平仓也来不及。今天想再试试能不能出金，官方网页都进不去。客服给的无论是www.pitradingfx.com和www.pifxgroup. com都不能登入。希望能为我主持公道，把我户口里的美金给弄出来，谢谢！
