Es findet keine Überweisung von meinem Händlerkonto auf mein Bankkonto statt

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe versucht zu erreichenpoopac mehrmals per Chat, um herauszufinden, warum Sie mein Geld seit über zwei Wochen nicht auf mein Bankkonto überwiesen haben. Ich bitte sie, das Geld sofort auf mein Bankkonto zu überweisen. Ich habe aber keine Antwort erhalten. Einen Rechtsweg möchte ich vermeiden. transferred my money to my bank account for over two weeks.

I ask them to transfer the money to my bank account immediately. But I haven't received any answer.I would
like to avoid taking legal action.
