Upon reaching the target floor, the inspectors found clear signage for Rakuten Bank’s office area. Due to the lack of a prior appointment, they were unable to enter the premises. However, they managed to photograph the reception desk and its logo, confirming that this was not a shared-office space. The company occupies most of the floor; upon entering on the second floor, one immediately sees their reception area and display zone, which is elegantly arranged with a prominent logo.

Through the glass doors, the inspectors observed a busy, well-appointed office environment that aligns with the company’s stated profile. The interior design is modern and sophisticated, with clearly defined workspaces, and employees can be seen diligently working at their desks.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that Rakuten Bank does indeed exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
