The team arrived smoothly at Beverly Commercial Centre. The location is in the core commercial area of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by office buildings, shops, and business supporting facilities; the street environment is very bustling, and the commercial atmosphere is particularly strong. A complete panoramic view of the building could be photographed from outside, and its brand-new, neat facade makes the entire building highly recognizable. No relevant signage of ETB BULLION was found on the building's exterior at the time.

After entering the building lobby, the team stated their purpose to on-site staff and, after a brief visitor registration, successfully obtained entry permission and could move freely through the building's public areas.

After arriving at the target floor, the 13th floor, the on-site inspectors found that ETB BULLION's office area had clear signage. The building's internal directory clearly indicated the company's name and the corresponding room number, 1318. The company is not a shared office.

Because no appointment had been made in advance, the team could not enter the company's interior; however, they could clearly photograph the reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk.

Through the glass door of the office, the company could be seen operating normally. Because entry into the office was not permitted, more detailed interior decoration and workstation layout could not be inspected. Overall, it presented the office condition of a formal financial enterprise, fully consistent with its claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ETB BULLION exists at the above address.

Conclusion
