Poor withdrawal experience. I submitted a crypto withdrawal request on September 29, 2026, but it remained Pending without any clear explanation or processing update. I contacted support to ask about the delay, but the withdrawal was still not processed. Overall, the withdrawal processing experience was disappointing and lacked transparency.
