Huge Commission and unreleased money transferred

I am asking for the favour to return my money taken into consideration. The commission charged on the trading AUDJPY on 23rd of May 2023 on my account 8324265 that caused cry to many people, ten times of my capital was charged as only commission and within a second of opening time. The amount I have on my commission was transferred, still not received since 29-05-2023 till today 01-06-2023(4 days).
