my withdraw pending for 4 days

i made a deposit of $6000 on monday 17th april 2023. I traded us30 and got profit of $8000. I immediately made a withdrawal of $2000 and octafx would not process my withdrawal request. On tuesday I canceled the withdrawal and made two withdrawals amounting to $159 and $10000, but until now octafx does not want to process my withdrawal. Here I attach the evidence. Every time I chat to the cs they just tell me to wait.
