Unable to withdraw

Hello Team,

Im Melik Sah Bicak, I opened an forex trade account in MEX GROUP (MULTIBANK) Login number: 33535892 under MEX ATLANTIC CORPORATION sever, I make deposit of 25000USD to the crypto address :

Miss YANA MARAKEVICH the costumer success manager helped me to open the account

I contacted Mr Nael and Kasem the managers to slove my problem but without any result, they come back to me with excuses that its forgienners department and they can’t involved into this situation they can’t help me

The company its situed in DUBAI : - U-Bora Towers, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
The account was opened under the MEX ATLANTIC CORPORATION wich its not regulated
I deposited the following amount to this company 25000USD the person who opened my account worked from dubai office and the amount I invested in the company opened under the license of CIMA 25000usd the earnings I made 31294USD.
When I requested to withdraw my all balance (deposit+profit), they only send my main balance and deleted all my profits

Im asking for you help
