I have reached out to the support team and even sent them an email, but they did not seem to be concerned about my issue as they did not answer any of my questions. I used all of the money in my wallet to purchase an asset of AUDJPY.v. The asset was opened at 2023-05-23 12:14:00 and closed at the same time. I have lost a lot of money and have not gained any interest. I began trading in April, but I was duped in May, and I haven't even had an opportunity to get my money returned.
