Fund deducted frm trading acc but not credited!

Amount below $100 was successfully credited but when I withdrawn $1010 on 21/08, it was deducted from my trading acc but not processed & credited to my bank acc! WISEMARKET chat option on their website has been ceased & their Telegram autobot is crap! Just giving generic reply for every enquiries & no way to speak to a real person! I contacted their support via email & they too were giving me auto generated replies ever since! When asked, the auto reply kept saying, the payment has been processed & released to my bank account but when asked for the date it was released, they are unable to advise further! Influencer JB Indicator is an accomplice too since he is promoting WISEMARKET & their BONUSES!(Used another phone to tk pictures since JB Indicator Telegram has disabled screenshots!) DONT BE FOOLED BY THE DEPOSIT BONUSES!
