アカウントのスワップチャージ

私のアカウントには奇妙なロールオーバーがありました。ご覧のように、0.05ドルの注文が何百ドルも請求され、注文が売り切れ、 Tradesto plsは責任を負い、不当に請求されたものを返却します。これは2020年1月8日と1月16日の2回発生しました（数日間の注文も不当に請求されたことを証明するビデオ画面記録もありますが、wikifxがアップロードできないためここに投稿できませんビデオ）

Swap Charge for account

There has been a strange rollover for my account and as you can see, a 0.05 order was charged hungreds of dollars causing order sell out, tradesto pls be responsible and return what have been charged unreasonably. This have happened twice, on the 8th of January 2020 and 16th of January (I also have video screen record to prove an order for a few days was also charged unreasonably, but I can't post it here due to wikifx not able to upload video)
