Konstantinos A. Theodorou, CEO of InterStellar Group (FISG), recently spoke with Finance Magnates about the Groups global expansion, regulatory framework, client protection, and technology-driven vision.

FISGs approach to sustainable international growth is built on strong governance, compliance, and risk management. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, its regulatory framework includes ASIC, CySEC, FSCA, and FSA.

Technology remains central to FISGs strategy. In 2025, the Group launched FLUX 1.0, its proprietary order accelerator designed to improve execution efficiency, reduce latency, and deliver an institutional-grade trading experience.

Looking ahead, FISG plans to expand its regulatory footprint, invest in automated compliance infrastructure, and explore established financial hubs as part of its global growth strategy.
