Ce que je n'aime pas, c'est que si vous entrez dans le chat de support, cela prend tout l'écran et vous ne pouvez pas voir où vous étiez dans l'application pour expliquer au support client. De plus, leur anglais pourrait être meilleur et inspirer plus de confiance.

What I don't like is that if you go into the support chat it takes the whole screen and can't see where you were in the app to explain to customer support. Also their english could be better and inspire more trust.
