O que eu não gosto é que, se você entrar no chat de suporte, ele ocupa toda a tela e você não consegue ver onde estava no aplicativo para explicar ao suporte ao cliente. Além disso, o inglês deles poderia ser melhor e inspirar mais confiança.

What I don't like is that if you go into the support chat it takes the whole screen and can't see where you were in the app to explain to customer support. Also their english could be better and inspire more trust.
