High Potential Risk This broker has a 'High Potential Risk' label. Exercise extra caution, verify account details carefully and confirm terms on the official site before funding an account.

Account registration / opening

To open an account you should start on Equiti's official site and use the broker portal. Typical steps used by regulated brokers are to create a portal account, verify your email address and then complete identity and residency verification (KYC) before you can fund a live trading account. Equiti's portal also offers demo accounts for practice; select the demo option if you want to try the platform without depositing real funds.

  1. Open the official Equiti Portal via the broker website and choose the option to register or start trading.
  2. Provide your email, create a password, and confirm your email address using the link sent to your inbox.
  3. Complete the application profile with personal details and choose the account type you want (for example Standard, Classic or Premier).
  4. Upload ID and proof of address documents when prompted to complete verification (this step is required before some deposit and withdrawal methods or before trading live).
  5. Once verification is approved, make your first deposit using an accepted payment method and select the trading platform you prefer (demo access is usually available before funding).

How to log in

Logging in to your Equiti account is done through the broker's client portal. On the web, go to the official site and open the Portal or Login area, then enter the email/username and password you registered with. After signing in you can switch between demo and live accounts and access platform credentials or the trading platform directly.

On mobile, use Equiti's official mobile app if available or open the portal in a mobile browser. The credentials are the same as for the web portal. If you use a trading platform app (for example MT4/MT5), you will typically log in there using platform account credentials supplied in the portal rather than your portal email and password.

Forgot password / account recovery

If you forget your password, use the 'forgot password' or 'reset password' link on the portal login page to request a reset email. Follow the emailed link to set a new password, and check your spam folder if you do not see the message. Many brokers require that password reset links are used within a limited time window.

If you no longer have access to the registered email address, the common procedure is to contact support and complete identity verification before account access can be restored. Be prepared to provide official ID and any account details the support team requires.

Two-factor authentication & login security

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if the portal offers it. Typical 2FA methods include an authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS codes. 2FA provides an extra layer of protection beyond your password and is strongly recommended for any account holding funds.

Always access Equiti via the official domain (check the browser address bar for the correct equiti.com domain and a valid HTTPS lock). Do not follow links from unsolicited emails or messages. Bookmark the official portal to avoid phishing sites and never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone.

Common login problems & troubleshooting

Wrong credentials: double-check your email/username and password and use the password reset flow if needed. Locked accounts: multiple failed attempts can lock access temporarily; use the account recovery steps or contact support to unlock. Verification pending: if KYC is incomplete, some actions (withdrawals, certain deposits) may be blocked until documents are approved.

Browser or app issues: clear cache and cookies, try a private/incognito window, ensure your browser or mobile app is up to date, and disable browser extensions that may interfere. Region or access restrictions: if you travel or use a VPN, access may be restricted for security reasons — try disabling the VPN or contact support to confirm whether access from your location is permitted.

Getting login/account support

If you need help with login or account issues, use the official support channels listed on Equiti's website and portal. Common support channels include a help or contact page, live chat in the portal, and an online support ticket system. Because no contact number is provided here, check the official site for phone contact details if you prefer to call.

When contacting support about account access, provide your registered email, any error messages, and the steps you have already tried. Do not send passwords or full copies of sensitive documents via unsecured messaging; use the broker's official upload/secure channels for documents.

Account ID: 367**** The broker deducted 892.41 USD from my account and disabled my withdrawal without providing any clear explanation or evidence. They only mentioned “abnormal trading behavior” but did not specify which Terms & Conditions I violated. I was copy trading from a master account at normal market prices and did not use any bonus or prohibited strategy. It is unclear why only my account was penalized while others were not. Additionally, Shehryar Lodi, Senior Vice President – SEA, previously indicated that the deducted funds would be restored, but no action has been taken so far. Support and compliance have been slow and unhelpful. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the relevant regulators and continue reporting publicly. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. Exposure 03-18

Kong I am an IB partner of Equiti and I am currently experiencing a serious issue with my commission withdrawal. My commission is clearly displayed on the web portal, but I am unable to withdraw it. The withdrawal function does not work even though the funds are shown in my account. I have already sent multiple emails to the broker’s support team, but there has been no response for more than 3 days and the issue has not been resolved. In addition, the BD/Sales manager Lodi who was previously in contact with me has not responded to my messages despite multiple attempts to reach out. This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional. As a partner, I expect transparency and timely support when it comes to commission payments. I hope Equiti can address this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation for why the commission withdrawal is not working. Exposure 03-11

Kong After withdrawing funds, I found the withdrawal port disappeared. I contacted the account manager, who said it was under review and asked for some time via email. I've given you over half a month, but now I can't find customer service on the official website, and emails go unanswered. My account is even down over 10,000. If I had made tens of thousands in profit, I wouldn't say anything, but you're not letting me withdraw even when I'm losing money. How impressive.

Kong If you can't afford it, don't open a platform. The account ledger is in the red, yet they won't let you withdraw funds. Their emails never address the actual issue.
