Process

This on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker FIG in person. According to public information, its office address is unit 402, level 4, gate village building 04, difc, dubai, uae.

They conducted an on-site verification of the broker FIG, which claims to be located at unit 402, level 4, gate village building 04, difc, dubai, uae.

The team arrived smoothly at Gate Village Building 04, located in an office area of a landmark building complex in downtown Dubai. The surrounding environment is extremely bustling, with a very strong commercial atmosphere. No signage related to FIG was found on the exterior of the building. The building features a modern business glass-curtain-wall design, typical of high-end financial office buildings in the DIFC area. The full view of the building could be observed clearly and completely.

The team successfully entered the first-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the lobby security guard and staff, and after registering information and a brief communication, successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby.

An electronic directory kiosk is installed inside the building. The screen of the directory kiosk clearly displayed the list of resident enterprises, with the company name of FIG and the corresponding room number explicitly marked. The company's logo is displayed in the directory display area inside the building, with no additional signage installed outside.

Due to the building's strict security measures, without a prior appointment, permission to access the upper-level office areas could not be obtained. As a result, the specific location on the target 4th floor could not be reached, nor could the team enter the company's interior. This office space is not a shared office, so the front desk and the front desk logo could not be photographed.

The team communicated with the lobby front desk staff and confirmed that FIG is indeed a resident enterprise in the building, conducting normal office operations on a daily basis. However, due to the building's security management rules, visitors without appointments cannot enter the internal areas, making it impossible to observe details of the company's internal office environment.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker FIG exists at the above-mentioned publicly registered address.

Conclusion
