Inspection Reason

As part of its efforts to verify the authenticity of forex brokers,the inspection team conducted a field survey for RMFX in New Zealand. 

Office

According to the information as its regulatory status displays, RMFX’s office in New Zealand is located at Office 6, Level 4, 87-89 Albert Street, Auckland, with Kevin Wu being its associated person. The inspection team sent its personnel to this place.

With the help of map navigation, the survey staff found the office building as indicated by the address without difficulty. It should be noted that the broker’s license has been canceled.

The surveyors entered the lobby of the ground floor and, after examining a directory sign, failed to find the name of RMFX. To double-check, the surveyors came upstairs to the exact position as indicated in the address, the 4th Floor, and still found no presence of the company. The company’s name was not found on a sign in the corridor of that floor, either. 

The surveyors also asked employees at other companies on the floor about Kevin Wu and RMFX’s whereabouts. None of the people asked said they knew. It was also found that most offices on the floor were vacant.

Conclusion

A field investigation based on the address provided by RMFX did not find its physical presence in New Zealand. It is informed that the broker’s FSP license (No. 598589) issued by FSPR. has been canceled. Thorough consideration is suggested with regard to trading.
